BASI Pilates Australia is offering a unique experience to all Pilates lovers for 2020 – LIVE Virtual training courses

Due to the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak and the uncertain times ahead, BASI Australia has decided to take our 2020 Comprehensive Global, Mat and ProBridge Pilates teacher training courses into the virtual world via Zoom meetings.

All 2020 BASI courses will be delivered LIVE via Zoom in May and June. Currently enrolled students have the option to postpone until 2021 or begin their studies with the LIVE Virtual course.

Find out more at our LIVE Virtual Open Day on Friday 17 April at 12pm AEST.

BASI Director of Education and Faculty, Jordanna Smith recently delivered Modules 1-3 virtually for our Brisbane BASI students with great success. Now, we are excited to offer this option for our other 2020 courses until we can return to our physical host studios.

With the current isolation requirements it’s the perfect opportunity for some to explore a new career or further their Pilates education.

Jordanna says, “It’s a chance to delve deep into the work – study the cues and muscle focus, the intricacy of a Pilates exercise and not just focus on the choreography.”

Virtual Open Day – What’s involved?

Jordanna will host a VIRTUAL Open Day on Friday 17 April at 12pm AEST  for anyone currently interested or enrolled in a BASI Pilates Australia course for 2020.

Register here to find out more.

Let us know if you’d like to attend and you’ll be sent a link to the private Zoom Meeting. Please make sure you have Zoom downloaded.

If you can’t make the time but are still interested, please register and we’ll send you the recording.

Jordanna will present an overview of the virtual courses and run through some extra benefits. There will be an opportunity for questions with BASI faculty and our Australian host studios.

The Virtual BASI course will encompass everyone enrolled from all host studios around Australia in one virtual group and these students will return to their host studios for face to face training for either the rest of this year or next year.

Extra Benefits

Anyone that signs up or decides to take the Virtual course in May or June will get to attend any modules that they completed remotely face to face at their host studio next year for FREE.

A message from BASI founder, Rael Isacowitz

“We’ve always spoken about Pilates being about the body, the mind, and the spirit, and really we need to elevate all of those at a time like this.”

Stay healthy and safe,
